Our Story

Who is Pot & Paddle?

Pot & Paddle Jambalaya Kitchen® is a Louisiana based franchise owned by Jambalaya Kitchen Enterprises, LLC and founded by Chuck and Cynthia Lavigne.

Chuck and Cynthia are previous owners of the jambalaya restaurant formerly located on Old Hammond Highway in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After a devastating fire in December 2013, their restaurant on Old Hammond was permanently shut down.

Undeterred and optimistic, Chuck and Cynthia turned their misfortune into an opportunity. The Lavigne's have re-opened their restaurant and are back in business with a new name, Pot & Paddle Jambalaya Kitchen! Pot & Paddle now has four Louisiana franchises in Baton Rouge, Gonzales, Denham Springs and Lafayette.

The entire Pot & Paddle team thanks our customers for their support in helping us to rebuild our business and continue to serve you delicious Cajun cuisine! We appreciate your business.
